He worked with a number of global private, government and non-profit organizations in the fields of Aerospace, Automobile, Civil Engineering, Electronic Commerce, Internet & Information, and Applied Superconductor Technologies at various management positions.
He directed multiple early-stage venture operations with multi-million dollar investments, which include companies acquired by Fidelity Ventures, Oracle Corporation, Royal Philips Electronics, QinetiQ North America, and other major global enterprises.
During one of the major U.S. federal programs, he was instrumental in transferring key component technologies through a privately established technology research and development center where he served as Associate Director. Having closely worked with the Department of Transportation, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Department of Energy, and other U.S. federal and state agencies, his team was awarded multi-million dollar contracts to engaged in the design of a futuristic high-speed ground transportation system by using superconducting magnet technology.
While he was a research fellow at the Center for International Relations - Boston University, he was actively involved in the development of Man-System Integration Standards (MSIS) by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), and his first international paper was co-published by the American Astronautical Society on the contractual issues over aerospace technology joint-ventures between the U.S. and European aerospace agencies.
He has been active in publishing and presenting his ideas on international technological cooperations. As a reporter, he has written a series of articles entitled "VENTURE BUSINESS FRONT LINE" for one of the publications by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) from September 2001 to February 2011.
He is also an avid promotor of cross-cultural debate education.
